Like retractable canopy
I liked the looks of this pergola with the retractable canopy for my deck. I found the parts well marked to assemble. I had a few small broken pieces, but contacted the seller and he sent replacements right away. Good customer service.

LOVE IT!
We just put it together and we love it!! It is not horrible to assemble but not easy. Some parts were not marked properly but it was easy to figure it out.
It really needs 2 people if you want to accelerate the process. In general is great!

This is pretty sturdy and very nice looking. Love that the roof is retractable. We bought this to surround our hot tub. Its perfect.

Perfect addition to the patio!
Dont be alarmed by all of the pieces. It's worth the labor!!!! It took about 2 hours from start to drilling holes and securing it to the ground. Looks great!!

Great choice for the price
I'm very happy with this product. It's a perfect cover for our 9' x 9' hot tub on our deck. Relatively easy to assemble. It's only been a few weeks, we haven't seen any inclement weather - we'll see how it holds up, but I'm confident it will do well.

The height is 8 feet. the cover is adequate for light rain but is not suitable for true rain.

Exactly as pictured
This completed a new deck, love being able to pull back the top (especially when bad weather is headed in). We use daily with our outdoor firplace and furniture.

Well Designed and Elegant
Like: I can tell this product is well engineered from the way the product is packaged, individually labelled and how the parts fit together nicely. The product looked very elegant and the retractable shade is a nice feature. I will put over a sail-shade on top though to prolong the life of the retractable shade material.
Dislike: The posts are made of aluminum, very lightweight and may not be as study as wood or steel, however this is somewhat of an advantage in terms of the weight load on my composite floating deck. Also, when it is hot, the post would tend to be hot-to the touch so be careful, thinking of putting some kind of insulating material or vinyl cover over the posts.
Overall: Best value for the money! High Quality and Well Engineered.

Worth the money
Was easy to assemble about three hours myself and wife. Only change was we put on a metal roof. Looks great and was perfect for our location. Seems sturdy have already had high winds and no problem.
